For tutor listings:

A 100% refund will be issued within 30 days of activation of your listing if you are not completely satisfied.

Request a refund by sending an e-mail to the administrator. Include the following information:

• Your Username
• Your full name
• Your mailing address
• Title of listing(s)

Refunds will be disbursed using the same method as payment.

Notification of refund will be sent by e-mail, actual refund return will depend on payment method (PayPal, mailed cheque or other payment form).

Refund requests will typically be attended to within 48 hours, allow up to 7 days for administrative refund processing.

After 30 days past activation date, no refunds will be issued.

For side ads:

A refund will be issued within 30 days of payment receipt for the balance of unused bidding credits. No refunds will be issued for balances below $5.00.

No reimbursement will be given for bidding credits used between request for refund and administrative cancellation of the ad.
