I will tutor in all Elementary and Middle School subject areas as well as High School English, Socials and ESL.
My home is in central Coquitlam, near Como Lake.
I am a retired B.C. teacher with 30 years of teaching experience in all subjects, grades 1-8. My particular strength is in making Math make sense to kids by teaching the Math skills sequentially and in a very structured way, always reinforcing and building on previous accomplishments. I apply the same principle to teaching Reading and Writing. My enthusiasm for learning is contageous and my students find me to be a highly motivating teacher who helps them "get it" quickly.
