I help students to hone their research, interpretive, organizational, and writing skills at any level above elementary school.

Cowichan Bay, B.C. I will travel to the student's home or tutor in my own home at Cowichan Bay.

Retired English teacher (and widely published technical and narrative writer - publication list on request) I help students understand the structure of standard English and adapt their writing appropriately. I coach students how to avoid/defeat writers' block and avoid the pitfalls of learning disabilities. I guide students in interpretive reading and using discipline-specific annotation systems. I also teach how to organize their thoughts to improve the effectiveness of their writing.

I tutor in Math, English, and French up to the 10th grade level.

I am available to tutor at homes in, or closely surrounding, the Duncan area, otherwise the Duncan Library or other public place is preferred.

I am an 18 year old graduate of Frances Kelsey Secondary School with a 96% GPA. In starting this business, I have realized an aptitude and love for teaching and and am excited to continue using these to help others succeed.
