I am highly BC CERTIFIED experienced teacher who uses simple teaching methods to motivate students. Lessons take place in students home. My main focus is to help students achieve confidence in their subject of difficulty and manage any exam anxiety. I enjoy helping students learn new concepts they have missed by building on the materials they are already comfortable with and help them improve their problem solving ability by teaching new techniques. I have a strong background in Biology and Mathematics. I've worked as Math teaching assistant for 2 years. I've also been tutoring Math, Science and biology in the past 3 years.

I can tutor in North Van (where i live) or Coquitlam (where I teach) or anywhere in between. I can meet at the student's home or at a designated location (library) and am usually free to tutor by 4pm.

I am an experienced, BC certified teacher. I currently teaching Grade 6 for my fourth year. I taught Gr10/11 Science and Social Studies in New Zealand and have since been teaching elementary in the Lower Mainland. I have a sound knowledge of the BC curriculum and would be happy to help you reach your goals. I am able to tutor any and all elementary school subjects as well as Math and Science at higher levels.
